Born on the west cost in central California, John's love
for fashion was nevertheless birthed in the midwest,
beginning with an editorial shoot by renowned New York
City photographer James Warrick, shot in the scenic
mountains of Northern Colorado and featuring pieces
by Yves Saint Laurent. This quickly led to several
editorial shoots produced for and published by Denver's
303 Magazine, which included pieces by True Religion
and Energy. He continued with some excellent
commercial work, including athletic wear by Champion
for Sports Authority and a Fall/Winter campaign for
boutique underwear line Baskit. A number of images
from the Baskit campaign were published in numerous
magazines, including the cover of HX, online mags Oh
La La and DNA, Instinct Magazine, Clubbing Magazine
in Italy, and others. John is also featured as the
primary male model for retail boutique Republic of
Couture, shooting their entire men's catalog of chic
casual wear and lifestyle fashion brands (Salvage,
House of Howe, English Laundry, Mondo, Monarchy,
True Religion, etc.). This catalog work and associated
editorial shots were shot by photographer Sean
Hartgrove, whose credits include celebrity musician
Chester Bennington of Linkin Park, Playboy magazine,
Sony Records, Capitol Records, etc.

recent commercial project shot in Portland included business casual pieces from
Banana Republic.
